Work with a leading retailer based in the North of Sydney as a part-time customer service officer.
Supporting the customer service team your responsibilities will involve:
- Answering inbound calls
- Managing customer emails & admin
- Inputting store orders
- Following up on customer complaints
- Working with internal teams to provide customer support
To be considered for this role you must have previous administration or customer service support experience. The hours for this role are part-time and may suit a student or return to work parent. You must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday between the hours of 8.30am - 2.30pm.
