As they continue through this period of growth, they are looking for a number of Customer Service Officers for their team in Sydney Olympic Park.

Commencing ASAP in this long term assignment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Providing technical support to customers in a call centre environment
  • Answering high-volume inbound calls 
  • Providing troubleshooting for mobile phones
  • Responding to customer requests in a timely manner  
  • Following up with customer to ensure product is in use
  • Escalating necessary cases
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities from time to time
As the successful candidate, you will be:
  • Experienced in telecommunication technical support or retail telecommunications
  • Experienced in an inbound/ outbound call centre environment handling high volume calls
  • A strong communicator
  • A reliable team member with a customer centric attitude
  • Available to commence immediately
  • Able to work between the hours of 8am-8pm - flexible shift times will apply
