people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer on a 4 week assignment located in Parramatta.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be directly reporting to the Team Leader while assisting the team unit on:
  • ·Handle and resolve a high volume of customer enquiries in a fast-paced contact centre environment
  • ·Respond and assess the accuracy of eligibility applications and escalate if necessary
  • ·Input data and maintain up to date records management within time requirements
  • ·Organise and schedule events and training sessions for stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • ·Essential experience in TRIM/CM9
  • ·Previous experience in Administration and Customer Service
  • ·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ·Strong stakeholder engagement
