Work closely with customer service team to process orders and support the busy reception desk. Duties include:
- Order processing
- Answer inbound calls from customer
- Meet & greet customers on reception
- Investigate order discrepancies
- Call customers to clarify order issues
To be considered:
You must have previous order processing experience or numerical data entry experience. Candidates must have full working rights & availability to work full time.
