The Role

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for quickly identify the needs of the customer and provide them with advise and guidance to complete phone and online sign-ups. This position directly

  • Ensure all inbound calls are answered and responded within 24 hours
  • Guide customers through online sign-up process
  • Advise customers of company service offerings
  • Provide advise and guidance to employees to assist them to make decisions
  • Assist customers to resolve enquiries, complaints and requests
  • Provide ongoing account management support and build strong relationships
About You

  • Previous experience in a phone based customer service position
  • Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of salary packaging products
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Examples of strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to different situations  
  • Available to work on a rotating roster - 8:00am earliest start time, 6:30pm latest finish time
