Based in the Head Office, in Sydney's CBD, you will assist the customer service team over the Christmas period with the following tasks:
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Answer enquiries from consumers relating to their products
- Provide beauty and make-up advice
- Liaise with distributors regarding orders
- Work with supply chain team regarding stock levels & order updates
- General ad-hoc customer administration
To be considered, you must have experience within the beauty industry - Retail experience would be suitable, we could even consider someone who has previously worked as a make-up artist. Skills using basic excel & outlook is also essential. As the role will be covering the Xmas period, you must have full time availability between the 1st of November until the 30th of January.
