Here at people2people we are currently looking for multiple Customer Service professionals to join a well-known brand based in Sydney's Hills District. This organisation takes great pride in creating a dynamic environment that is supportive yet fun!

We are looking for a professional, driven and hardworking customer service specialist to start immediately! The hours will be 9AM till 5PM Monday to Friday and parking is available on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Customer Service enquiries

  • Processing Orders, tracking and following up with customers

  • Building relationships with different stakeholders internally and externally

  • General ad hoc duties


Does this sound like you?

  • Previous Customer Service Order Entry or Call Centre experience.

  • General computer skills, particularly MS Office at an intermediate level

  • Experience in processing orders and supporting general administrative tasks
