We are looking for a professional, driven and hardworking customer service specialist to start immediately! The hours will be 9AM till 5PM Monday to Friday and parking is available on site.
- Handling Customer Service enquiries
- Processing Orders, tracking and following up with customers
- Building relationships with different stakeholders internally and externally
- General ad hoc duties
Does this sound like you?
- Previous Customer Service Order Entry or Call Centre experience.
- General computer skills, particularly MS Office at an intermediate level
- Experience in processing orders and supporting general administrative tasks
