As a Customer Service and Admin Support Officer, you will help to shape the customer experience by providing after-sales support to valued customers from within the customer service team.

About the role:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing education and advice to customers regarding products and systems
  • Providing triage and technical support to customers in the event of product failure
  • Completing software upgrade triage on reportedly faulty products
  • Providing warranty replacement models to eligible customers for on-the-spot solutions
  • Escalating relevant inquiries
  • Decision-making for customer resolution based on company policy
  • Engaging with internal departments in order to achieve outcomes
  • Providing sales support to assist customers in purchasing products
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience within a call centre or complaints team
  • Face-to-face customer service experience
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Sound industry knowledge of network carriers and suppliers
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable
