As a niche spare parts distributor and market leader, this organisation has had a strong local presence for a number of decades, growing from small beginnings. With a loyal client base and continued growth in recent years, there has been a need for an additional Customer Service Officer with an interest in phone sales to join their boutique team.
Reporting to the General Manager, your duties include but not be limited to:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls to existing clients, regarding products and orders
- Having the acumen to discuss external spare part agreements and diplomatically upsell products
- Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and assist with any issues

This role would be best suited to a Customer Service Officer who is comfortable and confident on the phone, handling calls and providing exemplary service. Ideally, having a background in spare parts or understanding of the industry will be advantageous.

You will be rewarded with a close-knit team that values work ethic, providing ongoing support and can also have a laugh. In this environment, you will be mentored and provided opportunities to try Sales or other areas that are not as easily accessible in larger companies.
