people2people are working closely alongside the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative on an initial 3 month assignment located in Greater Western Sydney.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for managing customer contacts. You will be:
  • Actively listening and communicating with contacts in a solutions-focussed way
  • Build positive relationships and ensuring a consistently high quality experience
  • Suggest innovative solutions and seek advice when required
  • Undertake and embrace new training opportunities

ABOUT YOU
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, resilience and empathy
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
  • Proficiency in using a computer
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
