Our client is a Global leader across several industries including Mining, Rail and IT and is looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager to join the team in the Western Suburbs of Sydney on a permanent basis. This rare opportunity will see you building a successful, high-performance customer care team.

In this role your responsibilities will include however won't be limited to the following:
  • Recruitment and building a high-performance customer care team, striving to be the best in the industry
  • Creating and implementing policies and procedures with a clear focus of improved efficiencies and super customer service delivery
  • Managing escalations and customer complaints to achieve positive outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Setting team expectations and ensuring targets are met within a high-performance and high-energy environment
  • Training and development for all staff and provide career path planning, setting your team up for success
  • Undertaking the review of current systems including ERP software in order to improve efficiency

About you:
  • You have proven ability to identify various improvements to make your team more efficient and in turn continue to ensure superior levels of service are provided
  • You are a natural leader who thrives on mentoring and developing their teams and your team are engaged with you due to your approachability and knowledge
  • You have previous experience in successfully setting up a customer care team including the creation of policies and procedures
  • You ideally have experience with SAP although this is not essential
