Role Overview and Priorities
Your role will focus on ensuring an exceptional customer experience, via a team of highly engaged Customer Service and Sales Consultants. You'll be responsible for the training & upskilling of a small team of leaders. Driving successful service & sales outcomes will also be a key part of your remit.
What you'll be delivering:
- Hands-on, day to day coaching and upskilling of Team-leaders and Consultants
- To deliver an exceptional customer service experience that will be delivered by the customer service consultants
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the broader operational team through a collaborative approach to sharing coaching experiences & learning.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven ability to increase customer and employee engagement in a contact centre environment
- Strong track record of delivering against revenue targets
- Experience leading a team, developing others and ensuring sustained growth
- Ability to adapt rapidly to evolving business needs
- Experience and ability to contribute both strategically and tactically
