A new 8 month contract is now available for an experienced Credit Officer looking to work close to home. This family owned business has consistently grown and is now a market leader in their industry. They are also well known for the quality of the service they provide and pride themselves in their people being their main asset. They are now looking to add a credit officer to their team to cover a maternity leave for the next 8 months. Located in a brand new office in the Moorebank area and with parking onsite, this is a fantastic opportunity to join this organisation and become part of the family.
In this full function position, you will look after a ledger and review new credit applications, collect overdue payments, allocate funds, reconcile the accounts and participate in month-end activities. You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders and maintain the ledger and balances at acceptable level.
In order to be successful for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in credit control/Accounts receivable
- Ideally experience using SAP, other large ERP systems are acceptable as well (Oracle, Pronto...)
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to drive to Moorebank, public transport is available but not necessarily ideal
