An excellent opportunity has come available to work in a thriving customer support service company. This organisation utilises the most up to date technology in order to ensure premium customer service and improved processes. They are looking for an enthusiastic and determined part-time Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary 3-month contract. This is a flexible opportunity requiring 20 hours per week and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to go permanent. 
The Role

You will be responsible for:
 
  • Maintaining a ledger with 350 active customers, 14mil monthly collections
  • Processing credit checks 
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Allocations of payments 
  • Reconciliations 
  • Generating aged debtor reports
  • Responding to customer queries 
The successful candidate will have:
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Accurate data entry and excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Time management, ability to meet deadlines
