Corporate Services Manager

people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Corporate Services Manager for an initial 6 month assignment located in Parramatta.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be providing secretariat, operational, strategic planning and coordination support to the department both internally and externally.
  • Organise high quality meeting minutes, briefs, advice papers and more
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including other Government agencies across Australia
  • Coordinate accurate and timely policy advice
  • Ensure processes are managed and implement improvements in these processes
  • Provide research and advice to senior management in regards to matters including staff management, financial planning, facility management and more

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Extensive experience in a Secretariat Coordination role, preferably within NSW Government
  • Proficiency using TRIM and demonstrated experience with meeting minutes, advice papers and briefs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Impeccable written skills
  • Ability to prioritise a high volume of work given competing demands and deadlines
