THE ROLE

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a candidate looking to join a global law firm as a Corporate Receptionist. This will be an evening role with the core hours being 3pm - 7pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a chance to challenge yourself within a fast paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Organising refreshments
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
  • Diary management
  • Organising the booking of meeting rooms
  • Organising the booking of video and telephone conferences
