Based on reception, this is an exciting opportunity for a corporate receptionist to be client facing and support the wider team.
Some of your duties will include:
  • Managing inbound calls
  • Maintaining meeting rooms and board rooms
  • Maintaining presentation of client facilities
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • General administrative duties

To be successful in this great role you will have:
  • Previous corporate reception experience
  • Be confident, personable and approachable

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
