The Opportunity


Our client is a full service commercial law firm and one of the oldest law firms in New Zealand. Our client is a group of people committed to developing their practice, winning new work and who are passionate about long-term success.





The Position


You will be working, in a temporary role (6 weeks), as the first point of contact for our client. A professional and corporate work ethic is extremely important.





Key duties include:


·        Greeting guests when they arrive


·        Arranging meeting rooms and ensure everything is set up and ready for the relevant meeting


·        Answering and transferring of calls


·        Taking detailed messages


·        Any other ad hoc duties that may arise

The Profile


You will have a proactive attitude with no hesitation to going above and beyond with helping internal and external customers. Experience in a corporate receptionist role will be highly regarded. Key competencies include:
