Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing inbound calls
  • General administration duties
  • Prioritising enquiries and urgent matters
  • General correspondence for management staff
Skills and experience:

We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively
  • Professional presentation at all times 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with professionals and clients
