Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Providing ad hoc administration support to various teams
  • Setting up meeting rooms and keeping communal areas as well as your own work place clean
 


What you will bring to the role:
 
  • Previous experience working as a corporate receptionist
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professionally minded with corporate presentation
  • High levels of attention to detail
