A CBD law firm is in need of a Corporate Receptionist to join their busy and friendly team of legal professionals. This reputable and growing law firm pride on delivering high quality service and offering great benefits to their employees. This is a full time temporary to permanent positions with hours 10 am - 6 pm. Your duties will include:

  • Answering the phones, assisting and directing calls
  • Meeting and Greeting clients
  • Assisting Lawyers and Partners with filing, copying and faxing tasks
  • Arranging meetings and appointments
  • All other administrative duties as required


To secure an interview for this position you will have:

  • 3 years experience as a Corporate Receptionist
  • Corporate Presentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
