Each day will be different from the next, with duties including:
  • Managing a busy switch board
  • Coordinating events
  • Preparing tea and coffee
  • Greeting clients and answering queries
  • Assisting with administrative tasks where required
  • Managing meeting rooms and arranging catering
To be successful in securing an interview for one of our many reception roles you must have:
  • Experience working as a Corporate Receptionist (within either Legal or professional services)
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verabl
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting deadlines
