This national law firm has a considerable corporate client base specialising in Finance and Property Transactions, Planning and Environment and Commercial Litigation. With more than 60 employees, the firm are actively involved within the community and foster a work/life balance.
This National Law Firm are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to start in early September on a 1 month temporary basis. This is a fulltime role with hours 1pm to 6 pm. Your duties will include:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the switch board, directing calls and taking detailed messages
  • Managing meeting rooms bookings
  • Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Assisting with catering
  • All other ad hoc duties as required
To be successful in securing an interview you must have:
  • Previous experience working as a Corporate Receptionist (within legal or professional services)
  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting deadlines
