Each day will be different from the next, with duties including:

  • Managing a busy switch board
  • Coordinating events
  • Preparing tea and coffee
  • Greeting clients and answering queries
  • Assisting with administrative tasks where required
  • Managing meeting rooms and arranging catering

YOU

To be successful in securing an interview for one of our many reception roles you must have:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Corporate Receptionist (within either Legal or professional services)
    • Immaculate presentation
    • Experience with room bookings
    • A confident and articulate telephone manner
    • Proven ability to manage conflicting deadlines
