people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Corporate Concierge on an initial 6 month assignment located in Sydney's CBD.


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, e-mail or face to face
  • Managing switchboard and directing customer enquiries to the appropriate channel
  • Meet and greet customers, assisting with setting up appointments or taking messages as required
  • Manage online enquiries and encourage customer usage of these self service facilities
  • Maintain reception area, meeting rooms and corporate function area
  • Organising incoming and outgoing mail


To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high volume environment
  • Ability to use a switchboard to redirect calls
  • Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask given a high volume workload and conflicting priorities
  • Reliable and punctual
