people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their close-knit team located in Mascot for an initial 4 month assignment.  

  • As the first point of contact, you will be handling enquiries or issues that come through
  • Provide high quality general administrative support for the team
  • Preparing all necessary documentation including overseeing and ensuring compliance across the board
  • Preparing correspondence for senior stakeholders
  • Report directly to Senior Executives, liaising with managers, team members and other Government agencies and divisions
  • You will be part of close knit team who also work collaboratively with the wider team

  • Strong previous experience in a contracts or project administrator capacity  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Use of PM Web and Desksite highly regarded
  • Uses discretion when dealing with sensitive matters 
  • Dedicated to your work and happy to be flexible from time to time to meet deadlines
  • You take pride in your work, showing initiative and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
