Contracts Administrator

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are currently seeking an Contracts Administrator to join their close-knit team located in Mascot for an exciting 6 month assignment.  

THE ROLE
 
  • As the first point of contact, you will be handling enquiries or issues that come through while also performing general administration duties for the team
  • Preparing all necessary documentation and overseeing and ensuring compliance across the board
  • Liaising with managers, team members and other Government agencies and divisions
  • You will be part of close knit team who also work collaboratively with the wider team, with opportunities to travel to work out of other offices

ABOUT YOU
 
  • Strong previous experience in a contract administrator capacity, ideally within the NSW Government  
  • Comfortable talking to internal and external stakeholders and dealing with sensitive matters
  • Uses initiative to pre-empt tasks in a busy, growing team
  • Dedicated to your work and happy to be flexible from time to time to meet deadlines
  • You take pride in your work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
