The Position
You will provide administrative support within the healthcare sector for the management of contracts and community programs.
Key duties:
  • Processing applications and administration of contracts
  • Liaising with stakeholders and responding to queries
  • Compiling and distributing reports
  • Database maintenance
  • General office duties including filing, mail, data entry etc

The Profile
An experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail, you will enjoy supporting and being the first point of contact for a range of internal and external parties. Key skills and attributes:
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite
  • Strong communicator - verbal and written
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Previous contracts administration experience and knowledge of the NZ healthcare sector will be an advantage
