Responsibilities

  • Execute product research
  • Work closely with Paraplanning
  • Data entry
  • Client file management
  • Provide strategic advice and support to financial advisors
  • Attend client appointments
  • Case follow up
  • Ensure compliance of internal procedures
  • General administrative duties
  • Obtain pre-underwriting assessments

About You

  • Completing, or already have completed, a Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Strong group and retail life insurance background
  • Exposure to Netwealth platform
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google drives, Midwinter AdviceOS and IRESS Risk Researcher are preferred
  • Solid Word and Excel capability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi task and work autonomously

This role is initially a 4 week opportunity with the view to permanent for the right candidate. Alternatively if you are on a working holiday visa with relevant financial services experience you can be considered as well!
