Client Service Administrator

people2people are working closely alongside the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Client Service Team Administrator on an initial 2 month assignment located in Hurstville.


This is not your typical administration role - ideal for someone looking for something different in a very fast paced environment
  • You will be proactively looking after over 300 clients across the department
  • Processing applications, preparing invoices and expense reports
  • Scheduling meetings and distributing information 
  • Generating reports for internal and external team members
  • A variety of administrative functions

  • Excellent customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills are required for this role
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • You will have a proactive attitude with creativity and ability to think laterally
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment whilst multitasking several clients
