As the client accounts administrator, you will be responsible for managing key client interactions within the operations group. This will include:
- Answering and following-up client payroll enquiries
- Allocating and reconciling large deposits
- Transactional based processing (ie accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations)
- Managing internal stakeholder queries regarding payroll
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Excellent customer service skills and a mind for finance is a must in this role! The successful candidate will have proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships along with experience working in accounts.
