This leading charity supporting the disadvantaged currently seek a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join their Client Engagement Team. Reporting the Homecare Team Leader this role will see you working directly with a broad range of clients and their advocates managing and coordinating their home support requirements.
 
about the role
Working collaboratively with clients and external service providers in a collaborative team environment, responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with high volume incoming homecare requests
  • Managing client information with accuracy
  • Updating internal systems and registers
  • Contacting and coordinating service provides
  • Driving communication between parties
