Chief People and Capability Officer

Location: Macquarie Park, New South Wales

Salary: To $160,000 + super + parking provided
An opportunity now exists to join an Australian business that is widely recognised in its industry as the dominant QSR operator. Currently entering into an exciting stage of renewal, we are seeking an experienced and talented HR Manager to take on the role of Chief People and Capability Officer.

Working with an intimate team you will be responsible for the design of strategic and operation HR initiatives and leadership direction. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a business-critical role with room to drive change and implement efficiencies.
Specifically, you will:
  • Develop and implement HR strategy, aligned with business objectives to reboot employment and talent brand
  • Identify best practice and ensure compliance across franchise partners to achieve high standards and deliver results
  • Contribute to coordination and review of annual business plan and budget
  • Identify and review strategy for successful talent acquisition plans
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the leadership, management and franchise teams
To be considered for interview, you will have demonstrated experience in a HR Manager position, ideally within the QSR industry (not a deal breaker).  You will be skilled in recreating HR framework and be hungry for such a hybrid strategic and operationally focused role. You must be ready to roll your sleeves up! Your energy, enthusiasm and commitment to see through this business renewal stage will not go unnoticed by the hiring manager. Finally, your ability to relate and communicate to people at all levels in a business will be looked upon favourably.

Please apply now, and take on the next challenge in your HRM career. Enjoy working with a well-recognised and established Australian brand. Enjoy a rewarding salary, an autonomous role with influence and parking onsite.
