We are looking for a customer-focused and dynamic lead person to innovate the Live Chat platform for our client, Samsung Electronics Australia.
This newly created role will support the company member's request for an online Chat Support. You will analyse chat/call transcripts and provide direction on scenarios to create/amend to curators overseas.
- Analysing chat/call transcripts
- Providing direction on scenarios to create/amend to curators overseas
- Liaising with technical team for content accuracy
- Providing Australian language / human touch guidance
- Performing quality checks on created contents
- Managing curator's SLA/KPIs
- Outstanding written communication skills is essential
- Previous experience managing chatbot function is an advantage
- Excellent time and deadline management skills is essential
- Understanding of technical aspects (mobiles, tablets and wearables)
- Intermediate levels of project management skills
