Case Management Officer

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who currently have several positions available for Case Management Officers for an initial 1 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD.


You will be providing dispute resolution and customer service support for matters relating to Workers Compensation
  • Manage a portfolio of business cases, issues and disputes
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues 
  • Provide high quality, customer focused case management
  • Ensure information provided complies with legislative guidelines and departmental procedures
  • Prioritise workload in order to achieve objectives within a high volume environment 

  • Previous experience within a customer focused role
  • Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflict with customers
  • Exceptional organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities given tight deadlines
  • Collaborative and positive attitude to work
