- Respond to telephone, Internet and email inquiries
- Dealing with any complaints, handling all the correspondance
- Queries about the organisation's goods and services, and the ability to promote the goods and services.
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Previous experience working in a contact centre enviroment.
- Goverment Industry experience is ideal
- Excellent telephone manner / good communication skills
- Immediately Available
- Police Checks are required.
