Tasks that you may be responsible for include:
- Providing support to customers in a call centre environment
- Answering high-volume inbound calls
- Responding to customer requests in a timely manner
- Following up with customers via phone and email
- Escalating necessary cases
- Continuously improving their service and operations by taking initiative to identify, analyse and eliminate issues.
- Other ad-hoc admin responsibilities from time to time
