Our client is a global tech organisation based in Western Sydney. Currently in a period of growth we are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in their call centre.
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Provide technical support to customers
- In a timely manner respond to customer requests
- Data entry
- Escalating cases
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
- Team player with a can do attitude
- The ability to work a rotating roster; Tue-Sat, 2pm - 10pm
- Exceptional training will be provided
- Great team culture
- Work close to home in Western Sydney
