In this role you will be providing business administration support to key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of day to day operations.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and maintain accurate financial records, receipts and payments.
- Maintain effective data base and records management
- Assist in research and identification of corporate and philanthropic opportunities
- Prepare and provide accurate reports and distribution of mailings and communication
- Previous experience in business administration support
- Strong experience in planning and methodology
- Preferred experience in SAP, Salesforce and records management software
- Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
