THE ROLE
You will be providing a range of efficient business, administrative, accounting and other financial related services to support the day to day operations of the department.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- This role encompasses business, administrative, accounting and related financial services to support the running of this office, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Assisting in development of policies, procedures, business systems and staff training
- Support the delivery of business functions and activities
- Oversee services within the office and assist in the resolution of problems
- Keeping up to date with current practices and policies
- General administration duties
ABOUT YOU
To be Eligible for this role you must:
- Experience using SAP to process accounts is essential
- Previous work within Government a must
- Skilled in business and financial analysis
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Highly organised and able to deal with complex administrative matters
