In this critical role, you'll be well supported by a collaborative leadership team, as they continue to drive successful roll-outs of this amazing tech.

You will be working collaboratively alongside the leadership team and customer success team to continue this growth across Australia. Their reputation is EVERYTHING, and they are focused on creating customer advocates - not just customers. You will not find better after-sales support.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a proactive, hands on, business development role where you will be working closely with the leadership team, and managing a lively sales cycle. You'll be partnering with the customer success team to ensure seamless product roll-outs, and regular post-sales activity to ensure uptake and outcomes are positive.
You will be involved with the strategic design of the solution, using your creative and tech genius to achieve the clients' outcome 'wish list'.
The position will require local (metro) travel and will involve a mix of demo's, training sessions, face to face visits, and forums.
Liaising with your accounts daily will be a large part of this role, therefore strong collaboration and exceptional communication skills will provide the platform to be successful within this competitive market.

As the Ideal Candidate
You will likely come from a highly consultative customer facing role. An amazing relationship builder, commercial conversations will come naturally to you. Building business will be less about the cold-call, and more about providing value beyond a transaction.
Ideally, you'll be tech-savvy, keen on emerging technologies, an early adopter, and able to influence those around you.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you will be speaking with a diverse range of stakeholders and it's crucial you're comfortable presenting at all levels.
