My client is a well established commercial construction company based in Melbourne's northern suburbs. They pride themselves on their quality of service and their values of respect and excellence. They are currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who has the organisational skills and capabilities to keep the office running smoothly.   
The Role

You will be responsible for:
  • Managing the end to end Accounts Payable function 
  • Managing the end to end Accounts Receivable function
  • Monthly Payroll for all staff
  • Act as PA to the Director
  • Client liaison and reception duties
  • General office and support duties
About you 

To be considered for this role you MUST have:
  • Previous experience working in a busy Bookkeeper / Office Manager position 
  • MYOB experience essential 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • A "can do" and positive attitude 
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to effectively manage your time 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
