We have had several clients' flag upcoming requirements for Administrators and Receptionist's meaning we need to meet with you today! Our portfolio of clients includes large multinationals, SMEs, NFPs, government organisations, local Australian firms and more! We cover all locations in Sydney, from North to South and West to East.

Tasks that you may be responsible for include:
  • Fielding all incoming enquiries, answering and managing all phone calls, meeting and greeting corporate guests
  • Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
  • Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained to a professional standard
  • Additional administrative duties including mail processing, event coordination, procurement of office supplies, invoice processing, report generation
  • Management of meeting rooms and additional company asset register
  • Filing and data entry
