Tasks that you may be responsible for include:
- Providing support to administration and data entry teams
- Answer phone enquires, schedule room bookings, coordinate mailbox
- Organise and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements
- Schedule calendar bookings and diary management
- Action email requests received in the team mailbox
- Must have records management experience
- Previous experience in high volume customer service and administration
- Strong experience in SAP, CRM, TRIM
- Previous experience in a high-volume team environment.
