This specialist environmental engineering consultancy providing services to a broad range of commercial and government clients currently seeking a capable administrator with MYOB experience to join their team in a newly created support role.

about the role

Reporting to the Office Manager, this varied role will see the successful candidate responsible for the following duties:
  • Managing the Reception area
  • Meeting & greeting clients and visitors
  • Managing and directing incoming calls
  • Processing accounts and invoices using MYOB
  • Administrative support for the MD and Consulting team
  • Document production
  • Filing and archiving
  • Other duties as required
about you
  • Professionally presented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated administration and documenting skills
  • System savvy with a high attention to detail
  • Have previous accounts experience and exposure to MYOB
  • Motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Resourceful with a willingness to take on responsibility
