Administration Support Officer

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Administration Support Officer on an initial 3 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD.


This will be a general administration role, with some property officer tasks involved to support the Facilities and HR team. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Reception cover and answering enquiries
  • Investigating property issues and organising site access for various maintenance
  • Looking after meeting rooms, including troubleshooting IT and AV equipment
  • Assist in Maintaining CM9 system
  • Booking rooms and equipment
  • Meeting preparation
  • General ad-hoc tasks (filing, photocopying)


To be Eligible for this role you must:
  • Previous experience in Administration role, particularly with facilities management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CM9 (TRIM)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise
