Currently the NSW Government are seeking an Administration Officer to support their team with a range of administrative and other business services.  Very close to public transport.

About the Role:

Day to day you will be supporting the team with the accurate and timely delivery of varying admin and business related services (Financial, HR process support, Purchasing / Procurement, Vendor Management, Diary Management, Organising of Travel Arrangements) 
  • Implement and monitor administrative and financial controls to identify problems and issues.
  • Prepare accurate and timely correspondence, reports and presentations in line with quality standards to meet client needs
  • Undertake project tasks or assist with small projects, and identify and contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined administrative and business processes, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with appropriate legislation, policies and procedures and to assist with business improvement priorities
  • Manage file and information creation, tracking and disposal processes and procedures to ensure the effective management, access to and retrieval of departmental records

Skill requirements:
  • Strong general administration experience
  • Time management
  • Highly organised
  • Government experience desirable but not essential
  • Familiarity with CM9/TRIM, Outlook, Office and Excel
