Administration Officer

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking several Administration Officers on an initial 2 month assignment located in Parkes.

THE ROLE

This will be a general administration role, with a strong focus on customer service 
  • Assisting customers to resolve quieres or issues as they arise
  • Assessment of applications and using policies and procedures to determine processes and outcomes
  • Outbound customer service calls
  • Data entry and general administrative ad-hoc duties
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service 

ABOUT YOU

To be Eligible for this role you must have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the NSW Government
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with sometimes difficult customers
