people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking an Administration Manager for a 5 month assignment located in the Parramatta.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be providing your managerial services to the corporate services unit. In this role your duties will include but are not limited it
  • Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues
  • Coordinate and manage records and databases
  • Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods
  • Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance
  • Make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • High Attention to detail
  • Experience within a Government department desirable but not essential
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a high volume environment
