To be considered for all upcoming Administration roles you will possess:

  • Previous corporate experience within a similar role such as Reception, Administration Assistant, Team Assistant, PA or EA
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
  • Confidence to work autonomously
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Can-do enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to prioritise tasks

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting stakeholders with general enquiries
  • Supporting a team with all administration including ad hoc requests
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Meet and greet of clients and visitors

Please note:

  • Hourly pay begins at $25.51 per hour + super, depending on the role
